Hot pour crack seal is applied at 380-400 degrees and is designed to fill cracks 1/4-inch wide up to 3/4-inch wide. Anything under 1/4-inch wide is very hard to get the material in. We start by cleaning out the cracks by blowing the area out with an air compressor and a wand to control the pressure. We then heat the hot pour crack seal lugs to 380-400 degrees and shoot it into the cracks just like you see on the interstates. The crack contains a percentage or corrugated rubber. In most cases if applied correctly this product will last for years. This product Is designed to keep out the moisture from under the surface.
